All plans include a dedicated account manager, QuickBooks Online management, and monthly financial reports. No hidden fees.

What does a bookkeeper actually do for my business? +

Your Landmark account manager categorizes every transaction, reconciles all your bank and credit card accounts monthly, manages QuickBooks Online, and delivers a full financial package — Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement. They also field questions about your transactions through the client portal so nothing falls through the cracks.

Do I need QuickBooks Online already? +

No. If you don't have QuickBooks Online we set it up for you during onboarding. If you already have an account we connect to it. As a QuickBooks Platinum Partner our team is fully certified — you're in good hands either way.

How long does it take to get started? +

Most clients are fully onboarded within one week. We start with a 30-minute call to connect your accounts, review your chart of accounts, and introduce you to your dedicated account manager. From that point your books are in our hands.
